Why do I need to provide this?
Here at 21.co.uk we want to ensure that gambling on our site is fair, not linked to crime and is affordable for you.
Similar to banks, part of this responsibility includes collecting evidential documentation from our customers to ensure that the funds used on our site are legitimate. We are not alone in requesting this information, all UK licensed operations will make similar requests when a customer’s spend reaches a certain level.
If you would like to learn more, you can view the UK Gambling Commission regulation here.
What happens if I don't complete this?
If we do not receive evidence to support your gameplay, we will temporarily close your account until the requested documentation is received and verified.
