Once a withdrawal is requested it will remain "pending" for 2 days, within this time frame you can choose to reverse your withdrawal and continue playing.
When processed, funds will be accredited by your bank in a working day or so. We advise that the whole process from the time of request takes 3-5 working days.
If after 5 working days you have not yet received funds there are a few checks to make;
- Confirm the withdrawal method you have chosen to receive funds.
